Hi everyone. Would you believe this is the first time I've been in this section. I still have a lot of reading to do. Anyway, I was wondering where you can find out how many total points you have. I have never been able to figure it out. If it is there, I'm sure it is simple, but duh, I haven't got it yet.

Hello Patricia, go to your folder of Mahjong Towers Eternity and look into the player folder. As you can see what your player is. Approximately 12 kb is always 1 star in the star list. The star list go to www.mahjongtowerseternity.com/index.phpand see our name. I do not know if I could help you. Maybe someone can help, who speaks better English. Love greetings

Hi Patricia! After you see this post, I'm going to move this thread into the MTE game section. What Giesi said is right, I watch the file size of my playerS file, the one insdie of your player file that you are backing up every day Right If you are playing only 10K LOs in concentration mode, then it takes anywhere from 12-19 KB's to get a star. Usually the lesser, but I've had it take more sometimes. I jot down the player S file size at the time I get a star, (I also zip the whole player file and email it to myself as an addtional back up) and then I watch the size of my player S file when I back out of the game and watch the player S KB size and can sorta tell when my next star should be showing. If this is not what you were looking for, please feel free to let me know and I'll dig further into my pez brain for some info. ;D Karma Hug to ya for asking the question. Please let me know once you have seen this post so I can move the thread, thanks so much! Karma Hug to Giesi for helping as well.

Giesela and Marilyn. I do back up my work, but I'm not sure how to do the zip thing. I know about the zip file, but I'm not sure how to get it there. I did look up the players, but everything comes up scrambled. I have tried adobe, everything in word, note pad, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried to open different files, but nothing works. I am going to give my hug to Giesela this time, since I gave you one this morning Marilyn. I may not get back on here in the next hours. ;D I am hugging you in my heart though, Ah!

The heartfelt hugs are the best anyway Patricia! I'm moving the thread now to the MTE game area and will leave a lil reminder in this section to remind you where to find it. When I right click on my player file, or any file for that matter, I get a menu and one of the choices I have is "send to" with a arrow, when I click on that, the first option is to send it to a "compressed (zipped) folder". Do you not have that? Also, are you in Vista or XP?

Marilyn. I tried what you said, and it sends it to the zip file, but on the assests, it wants a password, and everything I've tried won't open it, and the other files are still scrambled. I will just keep trying different things unless you know of another thing to try.

Hi Patricia! You should be able to zip your whole player file, you do not need to zip the assets etc. It all gets zipped when you zip the player file in one file. You do not just zip the player S file by itself. Why don't you go ahead and send my you player file zipped and I'll take a look at it for you. Karma Hug for your frustration, hang in there, we'll get it figured out.
