Hi All to everyone
So you have a 90* player in with your current player?? Too attached to it to delete it?? (i have this prob - i like my players!!) Needing the fix more often than yd like??
No prob - splitting your players is easy (abit scary the 1st time but once yv done it - its a breeze the next time)
If you've gotten this far in the game you'l already know about backing up yr player folder??
Good - back it up & leave the window open
To be certain everything is going to go to the correct place i create 3 folders on me desktop & i call them eg:
1=My Players
2=Spazza@90
3=Spazza2
When you know your player is backed up in its usual location copy & paste yr player folder into the My Players folder
Close all windows & open yr game
Clik on players (yes - this is where you created them)
Will use me own player names for this bit -
eg: I have 2 players - 1=Spazza (already at 90*) - 2=Spazza2
Clik on the 2nd player & delete it - exit the game
Go to the player folder (as if backing up) & drag it into the eg: Spazza@90 folder
Open the My Players folder & copy & paste the player folder into yr game
Close the window & reopen yr game - clik on players & delete the 1st player
Exit yr game & copy & paste the player folder in yr game into eg: Spazza2 folder
Ok now that yr done - dont delete or move anything until you know yv got it right
After splitting ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK this means copying the player folders from eg: Spazza@90 & Spazza2 folders & reopening the game so you know they are in the right place
Never THINK its right - KNOW its right - when you know everything is where it should be then move them to where you want them for keeping & backup & delete the MyPlayers folder
Usually i zip me 90* completed players then delete the desktop folder & i move the current playing player folder to the backup location i use
Any doubts sing out - am always happy to help & will split yr players for you if its too scary - but give it a go - it will lighten the load on yr player folder & you wont be needing the fix as often
